RV INSPECTION

-Inspect exterior safety lighting

-Battery test

-Inspect 30/50 amp service plug end for damages & burn

-Inspect roof & exterior sealants for gaps & cracking

-Inflate tire pressure to manufacturers specifications

-Inspect all propane appliances & light all that are applicable

-Perform water system pressure tests & check for leaks

-Check wheel nut torque and set to manufacturers specifications

SUMMERIZE / WINTERIZE

- Remove water heater bypass

-Install water heater drain plug

-Flush antifreeze from system

 

-Drain water from system

-Remove water heater drain plug

-Place water heater in bypass mode

-Fill system with antifreeze

-Ensure pump, city water connection & faucets are flooded

 

WATER HEATER SERVICES

- Inspect condition of anode rod (if equipped)

- Inspect thermocouple

-Inspect module boards

-Inspect pressure release valve

-Adjusts burners & electrode

- Complete operation inspection

-A/C (element when applicable)
